    The International Safety Management (ISM) Code details the requirements for company verification, review, and evaluation and specifies (Clause 12.1) that ‘the company should carry out internal safety audits aboard and ashore at intervals not exceeding twelve months to verify whether safety and pollution-prevention activities comply with the safety management system.’ 


    However due to the Vessel trading route itis some time difficult for the owner representative to attend the vessel in certain Ports due to visa requirements, time limitation and Port restriction not mentioning the cost involve for company superintendent travel arrangement and cost involved.
